Faculty Spotlight~ Ms. Yaowei Chang

Ms. Yaowei has worked in AST for 18 years. She likes an organized working environment and would always plan her classes beforehand. She tries her best to make sure every student in the class understands the material by making the class fun and interactive through online educational games like Kahoot and Quizlet. Ms. Yaowei not only enjoys teaching, but she likes to identify students’ potential and encouraging them to challenge themselves. She is also the advisor of the Red Cross club, a club that has dedicated a lot of work to supporting the food bank and making connections with Fa Zhi ES. She started to work on the Write For Delight Blog with the students and enjoys it very much.

張曜薇老師在AST工作18年了。她喜歡有條理的工作環境，並且總是會事先計劃好課程。她會運用 線上教育遊戲讓課堂變得有趣和互動，盡最大的努力確保班上的每個學生都能理解教學內容。她不僅熱愛教學，更喜歡發掘學生的潛能，鼓勵他們挑戰自我。她也是紅十字會社團的指導老師，在支持食物銀行以及與南投法治國小建立情誼，投入了許多精力。2022年開始帶領學生經營寫作部落格，樂在其中。
